Mr.Edward James Conner, age 76, of Roanoke Rapids, NC. passed away Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at His Home in Roanoke Rapids NC.
Mr. Conner, was born April 22, 1939 in Halifax County the son of the late Eddie Wesley Conner and Velma Jane Jenkins Conner. He was predeceased by a sister Hazel Fanney, and a brother Robert J. “Pete” Conner.
He is survived by his daughter, Tammy Felver and his sons, David Conner, Edward G. Conner, and Marty Drewery. One sister, Katherine Carlson, of Virginia Beach VA One brother, Wilbur Conner of Roanoke Rapids NC, and one Grand Son Tray Felver ,
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, February 20, 2016 at 2;00 PM at Massey Funeral Home in Roanoke Rapids, NC With Rev. Roy Porter officiating. Burial will follow at Cedarwood Cemetery in Roanoke Rapids, NC.
The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 PM on Saturday prior to the service.
