Alice Mae Throckmorton Richardson, 78, of Petersburg, VA, passed away on Thursday, May 4, 2017, at the Petersburg Home for Ladies.
She was born to the late Edward Glen and Rosa Bottoms Throckmorton. Alice was preceded in death by her husbands, Bill Scriver and Joe Richardson and her brother in-law Coleman Rooker.
Alice is survived by her five children, Tonya Price and her husband Steve, Marie Fleming Harris, Kelly Fleming, Steven Fleming, Todd Fleming; her six grandchildren; her two special grandchildren, Heather and Corey; her four great-grandchildren, J.J., Kamren, Haven and Dexter; her four sisters, Libby Miller and her husband K.T., Janet Marders and her husband, Gill, Iva Rooker, Rose Massey and her husband Harold, and her brother Robert Throckmorton and his wife Debbie.
Graveside Services will be held on Sunday, May 7, 2017 at 3:00 P.M. at Gardners Baptist Church Cemetery, 968 Church Hill Road Macon, NC.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 6, 2017 from 4:00 until 6:00 P.M. at Massey Funeral Home in Roanoke Rapids, NC.
